Aries Cross-Stitch

- Pattern Quote -

It has been A LONG time since I’ve cross-stitched, and I have no idea where the inspiration to cross-stitch an Aries quote came from. Nevertheless, I am sharing an Aries-themed cross-stitched quote. 🙃

I have been interested in and studying astrology for a while now. Creating DIY projects for each astrological sign is how I make what I’ve learned stick. I especially love the idea of finding a quote that encapsulates the sign.

Speaking of signs, Aries is the first sign in the zodiac. When I learned that Aries was the beginning of the astrological year, it all made sense why my New Year’s resolutions never fermented, as the new year starts in the middle of winter when nature is hibernating. Spring, or the beginning of the zodiac chart, is when everything starts to wake up, making more sense to start a resolution or way of being.

So anyway, back to Aries.

Here are some of what I’ve learned about Aries:

Its glyph is ♈︎︎ representing The Ram
Aries season starts March 21 and ends April 19
It’s the element of fire 🜂
Aries is all about Cardinal (active) Energy ⟑
Ruled by the planet Mars ♂️
Aries governs the 1st astrological house of Self

People with the sign Aires tend to be bold. They are not afraid to take charge and go after what they want.

Caution! Aries people can become so focused on their goals that they bulldoze over anyone who gets in their way, so watch out.

The quote I chose to cross-stitch for Aries is:

Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless

This is the perfect quote for Aires. They have little fear about pursuing their goals in life—I love that quality! However, they tend to be impulsive and act on their goals without fully considering them.

Do you know an Aries person? How do they express their Aries traits?

We can all use a little of Aires bold and brave energy.

Don’t let fear hold you back from what you want in life. Be brave and put your ram horns down and charge forth. GO For it!!
